A teenage girl who had been missing from her home in Knocknacarra, Salthill has been located.

14-year-old Julija Nedilskaja was last seen when she left her school in Taylor’s Hill, Galway on Friday at midday.

Gardai confirmed on Sunday evening that she had been found safe and well and thanked the public for their assistance.
