
Roads across the West are very wet following heavy rainfall overnight, but the rain is now easing off.
A status yellow rainfall warning, which was in place for Mayo and Galway until 2pm this afternoon - has now been lifted.
The status yellow wind warning now applies to 9 counties including Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim, with gusts of up to 110 km/h until 2pm this afternoon.
AA Roadwatch is advising motorists to slow down on wet roads, and watch out for wind-blown debris on roads.
Dublin Port has been closed this morning due to the high winds associated with Storm Diana.
