
Following a post-mortem examination this afternoon, Gardai are no longer treating the death of a man in Charlestown as suspicious.
The body of the man in his 50's, believed to be a Polish national, was found in a flat on Main Street in Charlestown yesterday afternoon.
His remains were removed last night to Mayo University Hospital where a post-mortem was carried out this afternoon by the Deputy State Pathologist Dr Michael Curtis.
Gardai say they are no longer treating the death as suspicious.
