There’s good news today for St Tiernan’s College in Crossmolina, as the Department of Education has given the go-ahead to proceed with the construction of five new classrooms at the school.

These will replace a number of prefabs, which are sub-standard, according to Mayo FG Senator Michelle Mulherin.

The campaign for the new classrooms has been ongoing for a number of years, but Senator Mulherin says the Minister for Education has now given the go-ahead….
