Details

The four-star McWilliam Park Hotel in Claremorris has been sold for a sum in the region of 9 million euro.

Agent JLL handled the sale of the Claremorris hotel, which has become a popular venue for country music concerts and dances.

The hotel also has 103 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, banqueting suite, leisure centre, swimming pool and spa.

JLL agent Daniel O’Connor has confirmed to Midwest News that the hotel was sold to Davy Real Estate for a sum in the region of 9 million.

The Dublin-based property group already has 8 hotels, including the Diamond Coast in Enniscrone and the Farnham estate in Cavan.
