Details

A young man who was killed tragically in Lanzarote last week will be laid to rest in Ballaghaderreen today.

19-year-old Stephen O’Gara died after the moped he hired collided with a car in the early hours of Saturday morning last on the holiday island.

He had been on a family holiday with his mother and other family members.

Stephen will be laid to rest in Tibohine new cemetery today after 2pm Funeral Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart Fairymount.
