All this week we had the pleasure of being joined by 5 top chefs in the Midwest Radio kitchen to learn some delicious, easy, home recipes than anyone can attempt. 

Monday: Gerry learns how to make some delicious Kelly's Butchers Nibbles and today he is joined by the top man. Sean Kelly teaches Gerry how to make a 'SEAN SPECIAL" in only 30 seconds. ?

TUESDAY - Shauna lets Gerry in on one of Kelly's Kitchens best kept secrets, how to make a delicious "BLACK & WHITE GOAT". This dish is the most popular item on the menu at Kellys Kitchen and we are about to find out why.

Wednesday - Anyone for an AMUSE-BOUCHE?

Today Gerry is joined by Jonathan, the executive chef from The Lodge at Ashford Castle. Jonathan shows Gerry how to make a " Kelly's Butchers Black Pudding & Chocolate Truffle" with the worlds most expensive chocolate. How did he do?

 

Thursday - Gerry is joined by Seamus Commons, Head Chef at Knockranny House Hotel & Spa, Westport. Seamus teaches Gerry how to make a delicious "Kelly's Butchers Cigar".

Kelly's award winning Black Pudding and delicious Bramley Apple, whats not to like!!

Friday - 

Some might say we saved the best until last. The LEGEND Mick Byrne joined Gerry to teach him how to make the "BYRNE'S BABES Kelly's Butchers BLACK & WHITE PUDDING"
