Mayo County Council is hosting a series of public information meetings around the county this month about vacant or derelict properties and how to make them homes again.

If you have a vacant or derelict property that can be brought back into use you are invited to come along and meet a member of the authority’s vacant homes staff to find out more about the grants/schemes available to you.

Two public meetings take place this week in Swinford and Ballina.

On Tuesday (14th) from 1pm-3pm) in the Cultural Centre, Swinford and on Wednesday, (15th) from 1pm-3pm in  Ballina Civic Offices, Ballina.

Then on Tuesday week (Feb 21) from 1pm-3pm)at Aras an Chontae, Castlebar.
