Today’s Connacht GAA PPS Senior D Football Championship final ended in heartbreak for St. Tiernan’s.

The Crossmolina school lost out by three to St. Cuan’s of Castleblakeney.

Tiernan’s were four down at the break, 2-6 1-5, and a second half goal helped them to keep in contention.

Unfortunately, Cuan’s hit a goal of their own to keep the lead, and win Connacht glory.
