John William Burke of Ballyhaunis Golf Club who won the Munster U16 Boys' Amateur Open Championship today at Shannon Golf Club.

A blemish free round of -2 saw John William win the competition.

He won following a 3 way playoff.

It caps off a fantastic season of U16 golf that also sees him wrap up his age category Order of Merit.
