Francley Lomboto, Maurice Nugent and Patrick Hickey all scored in the first half, while further goals came from a David Hurley penalty, Jimmy Keohane and Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe.

Treaty United needed penalties to see off the challenge of Kilbarrack United.

Kerry ran out 2-0 winners away to ten-man Cobh Ramblers.
