Galway United have announced that Edward McCarthy has re-signed for next season.

The 22 year old heads into his third season with the Tribesmen since signing in 2022.

A native of Limerick, he made 38 appearances in all competitions last season.

He scored nine times in his most previous stint including a hat trick against Kerry in March.
