Ballintubber's Diarmuid O'Connor has been nominated for the GAA.ie Footballer of the Week award.

O'Connor scored a goal from midfield in Mayo's 4-10 to 0-12 win over Tyrone on Saturday, putting them top of the Allianz National Football League Division One table.

Chris Óg Jones of Cork and Derry's Shane McGuigan were also nominated today.
