Geesala's Aoibhe Carrabine won Gold in Lagoa Box Cup in the Algarve over the weekend.
Aoibhe battled hard for the three round winning by a 4/1 decision.
Galway's Adam Hession also won Gold in the same tournament.
Adam had three contests en route to his gold medal and won his final on a 5/0 decision.
