Ireland will end the European Under-22 Boxing Championships with a haul of seven medals.

At least two will be gold, following victories today for Lisa O’Rourke from Castlerea and Niamh Fay in the light-middleweight and bantamweight division.

Middleweight Aoibhe Carabine from Geesala Boxing Club had to settle for silver after she was beaten by Ukraine’s Karolina Makhno.
