The Mayo GAA Senior Hurlers first competitive game of 2022 takes place this evening at 6pm against Sligo GAA at the NUI Galway Connacht GAA Air Dome in Bekan.
 
Mayo Hurling manager Derek Walsh will be without his Tooreen GAA contingent for this opening game in the new Connacht GAA Hurling League.  
 
Players from Westport GAA, Ballina Stephenites, Ballyhaunis GAA and Castlebar Mitchell’s will all get a chance to impress ahead of the opening round of the Allianz Hurling League.
 
Mayo face Wicklow on Feb 6th in Ballina in their first Division 2B NHL game.
