Our Lady’s Secondary School Belmullet’s U-19 boys basketball team won their regional final yesterday against Magh Ene Bundoran.

The team held the lead comfortably throughout the game, eventually winning 62-39.

Overall there was a very strong team effort on the day, with standout performances from Kian Gallagher, and some great scores by Anthony Barrett.

The team are now through to the All-Ireland playoffs, which will take place on Sunday week in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
