Old foes Mayo and Galway will meet in the most unusual of settings on Friday night in their opening game of the season.

The sides meet indoors at the NUI Galway Air Dome at the Connacht Centre of Excellence in the FBD Semi-Final.

It throws in at 6pm and we'll have live coverage of the game with John Lynch, Martin Carney and Martin McGowan.

It promises to be a high scoring contest with plenty trying to impress their respective managers ahead of the National League.
