Nigel Carolan will depart Connacht at the end of the season when his contract expires.

The Galway native has held the role of Attack Coach at the club since 2017, having spent 14 years as Connacht Academy Manager and before that as a player in the late 1990s.

He was also Head Coach of the Ireland U20s from 2014-2017, leading them to the final of the 2016 U20 World Championship.
