This season’s Heineken Champions Cup has been suspended.

Tournament organisers the EPCR made the decision following a request from the French Ministry for Sport.

They are concerned about a new virulent strain of COVID-19.

Round 3 of the pool stage was due to get underway on Friday, with Leinster away to Northampton.
