The Galway Camogie senior team are preparing for their All-Ireland final against Kilkenny on Saturday week 12th December in Croke Park.

It's a repeat of last year's final, which Galway won.

As it's a 7pm throw-in, the team will have to stay over in Dublin and funds are urgently needed.

Galway Camogie are currently undertaking a fundraising initiative- #challenge4galway - which challenges all of county's clubs and individuals not linked to camogie clubs to complete a 40 day challenge that pushes them out of their comfort zone.

It could be running or walking 10km a day for 40 days, or doing 100 burpees a day for 40 days, and collecting sponsorship.

20% of the funds raised will go to the Galway Hospice.
