Former Galway footballer and TG4 analyst Máire Ní Bhraonáin has been named as the new presenter of TG4's Ladies Football Championship coverage.

TG4 will broadcast 9 live games  - including the junior, intermediate and senior finals and Milltown native Máire Ní Bhraonáin will front the Peil na mBan Beo - having worked as an analyst on the programme since 2011.

She will be joined by three analysts - Cork legend Rena Buckley, Dublin's Sorcha Furlong and Waterford's Michelle Ryan.
