Gearoid McInerney is expected to return to the Galway hurling team for Sunday's All-Ireland final.

Mc Inerney missed the All-Ireland semi-final replay against Clare due to a calf injury sustained in the drawn game, but has responded well to treatment and returned to light training last week.

Galway will be hoping to win the All-Ireland hurling title for the second year running, while it's Limerick first final in 11 years, and they're reporting no injury concerns.
