Sligo Rovers U17 girls overcame Peamount United 3-2 at the weekend.

This was the first time in Sligo Rovers 90 year history that the club fielded a women’s team in a National League.

There were a number of Mayo players involved including Emer O’Neil, Kelsey Munroe, Ava Keane, and Abbiegayle Ronayne.
