Michaela Walsh was back in action yesterday when she represented Ireland at the Loughborough International in England.

Michaela claimed the gold in the u23 women's shot put with a huge throw of 15.97m ranking her inside the top 5 in Europe at the age of 19. 

Moving up the ranks Michaela also came 1st in the senior category this is an amazing achievement for the talented young Swinford athlete.
