Kathleen Kenny née McHale

New York and formerly of Mullaghroe North, Clogher, Belmullet, Co. Mayo - passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 16th February 2025.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Sean & “Nan” Annie McHale & the cherished sister of the late Martin McHale, Patrick McHale, John McHale, Michael McHale, Mary Mangan (née McHale) & Ann Lenihan (née McHale).

She leaves behind her loving husband James, children Mary L. Kenny, the late James Kenny Jr., John & Jean Kenny, Martin & Ellen Kenny & Kevin Kenny & Dominick Pace, grandchildren Kieran Kenny, Jack Kenny, Owen Kenny, Maeve Kenny & Kate Kenny and countless other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

May Her Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Kathleen will lay in repose at the McGrath Funeral Home in Bronxville, New York on Thursday evening, 20th February  from 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock to celebrate Kathleen’s life followed by a Catholic Funeral Mass on Friday morning, 21st February at 10.45 in St. Joseph’s Church, Bronxville, New York.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her Godson Tim Lenihan Cystic Fibrosis Association Team AJ Avon CT
