IALPA members will begin voting on a pay offer of almost 18 per cent for pilots at Aer Lingus.

Over 600 flights have been cancelled in recent weeks while the pilots undertook a work to rule as part of their increasingly bitter pay battle with Aer Lingus management.

IALPA has recommended pilots accept the offer.

The online ballot opens this evening with a result expected early next week.
