A foreign student in her early 20s has died after falling from the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare.

She was visiting the cliffs with a group of friends when the tragic incident happened yesterday afternoon.

Rescue services retrieved her body from the sea - and her remains have since been handed over to Gardaí.
