The new president of the Ballina Chamber of Commerce is Mary Moyles, owner of the Cot and Cobble, in Ballina.

Mary is an extremely talented business woman, she would've been known to some for being the former owner of the Broken Jug in Ballina's town centre, is a former company secretary of the Chamber and has been involved in the Ballina Salmon Festival over the years.

She brings a wealth of business knowledge with her and understands what business are going through now. 

Tracey Glacken was the former president and did an outstanding job in the past two years, guiding the business community out of a very difficult period post covid and celebrated the 300th Anniversary of the formal formation of Ballina in 2023.

Mary Moyles has been telling Midwest Radio’s Michael D McAndrew that it’s an honour to take up the position.
