The Grand Marshal for the 2024 New York City St Patrick's Day parade is someone many will see as a true example of an Irishwoman living the American dream.
The Grand Marshall for this year's parade is Margaret C. “Maggie” Timoney.
Based in White Plains, New York, Maggie is the President & CEO of Heineken USA.
She is a native of Ballina and is the very first woman to serve as chief executive of a major beer company in the US. Her US journey started when she left Ireland for New York to study at Iona University where she received her BA and MBA.
