The N17 has reopened to traffic between Knock and Claremorris.

This route was closed since yesterday evening after a three vehicle collision.

Thankfully nobody was seriously injured, and the road was closed due to disruptions while moving the vehicles.

There was some congestion this morning along the diversion, the old Knock road, due to local school runs.

Patience from motorists during this time has been greatly appreciated.
