Gardaí and Emergency Services attended the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the M6 near Oranmore, Co. Galway yesterday, 22nd December 2023.

The incident occurred at approximately 4.40pm.

A man (70s) was taken to University Hospital Galway for treatment.

There were no reports of other injuries.

The road has reopened.

Investigations are ongoing.
