Petrol and diesel prices have dropped for the third month in a row.

It now costs 1 euro 72 cent per litre for both, with petrol down 8 cent, and diesel down 9 cent.

The situation in the Middle East however remains unstable, which could affect prices.

But Blake Boland from the AA says the drop is welcome news for motorists.
