Ireland's oldest man has turned 107.

Martin McEvilly from Killannin in Co Galway was born on the 26th of July 1916.

Martin's son Pat, told the Irish Daily Star that his father's longevity is down to the fact he never had a car, and had cycled everywhere until he was 99.
