University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 78 patients on trolleys.
That's followed by 40 at University Hospital Galway, and 30 at Sligo University Hospital.
There are 27 patients on trolleys today at Mayo University Hospital and 15 at Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe.
