The Swinford Biogas Concern Group is inviting the public to a meeting in the Gateway Hotel, Swinford on Wednesday week, July 12th @ 8p.m.

They say the purpose of the meeting is to help raise awareness and generate discussion on a new planning application by Moyvalley Biogas for a biogas plant in the Lislackagh/ Carrabaun area of Swinford.

Members of the public can view the application online at www.eplanning.ie/MayoCC stating reference number 23338.
