People living with heart failure are the benefit from a major education and awareness seminar in Sligo.

The Irish Heart Foundation event will provide valuable advice from health experts on the signs and symptoms of heart failure and how to manage and live well with the condition.

The free information seminar takes place at The Sligo Park Hotel, Pearse Road, Cornageeha, Sligo Town this coming Thursday from 7:00PM – 9:00PM.

Speakers on the night include specialists from Sligo University Hospital and members of the Irish Heart Foundation.

Marcella Gemmell is Patient Services Co-Ordinator with the Irish Heart Foundation.
