Many three customers in Achill have been unable to access 4g data over the past number of days.

A mast was repaired last week and while phone coverage returned, data did not.

Midwest News contacted Three for a comment on the matter and they issued this statement...

We are aware that some Three customers in the area are experiencing intermittent access to data.

This is due to repair work that is being carried out and is expected to be complete by tomorrow afternoon.
