Hay fever sufferers are being warned of high pollen levels across the country today and tomorrow.

Met Éireann says there are high levels of tree pollen at present, but there's a reduced risk on eastern coasts.

Most people with hay fever will have mild symptoms like sneezing, a runny nose, and itchy eyes.

However, around 300,000 people have both hay fever and asthma, which can lead to more severe problems.
