Charlestown based Sinn Fein Cllr. Gerry Murray says there is a feeling of relief around the area this afternoon following the ruling.

Cllr. Murray says there is a certain amount of closure for the family as it has been a long and protracted saga for them.

He says the grieving process continues for the Horkan family, Colm's friends, colleagues and the wider community.
