The Housing Minister says cost of living measures the government is expected to announce tomorrow 'will be significant'. 

The proposed package is likely to include another double social welfare payment.

However an extra lump-sum to deal with energy costs is not believed to have made the cut.

Minister Darragh O'Brien says the plans will soon be finalised.
