UPMC Sports Medicine have announced that a new Osteoarthritis Rebilitation Programme will begin this month at its new location in County Mayo.

The programme starts on Feb 28th and will run for six weeks at the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence.

It will be led by chartered physiotherapists who will inform those in attendance of a series of gentle exercises that are designed to help reduce pain, increase flexibility and improve overall joint function.

Classes will take place every Tuesday Thursday and Thursday at 11 o'clock and the cost for 12 classes for €120.
