The funeral arrangements for the three teenagers who died in a crash in Galway over the weekend have been announced.

16-year-old John Keenan, 17-year-old Wojcieck Panek, and 19-year-old Christy Stokes died after their car entered the River Corrib at Menlo Pier in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Funeral masses for John Keenan and Christy Stokes, both from the Headford Road in Galway, will be held in the nearby Church of the Resurrection in Ballinfoyle.

John’s mass will take place at 11:00AM tomorrow, while Christy’s mass will take place at 12:00PM on Thursday.

Both will be laid to rest at Rahoon Cemetery.

The ashes of Wojcieck Panek will be interred in Calvary Cemetery in Graiguenamanagh, County Kilkenny at 2:00PM on Friday.
