
€37.2 million has been allocated for the maintenance and renewal of the the local and regional road network in Mayo for 2023.
The funding covers routine maintenance to safeguard infrastructure and ensure that roads are resilient against the deteriorating effects of climate change and severe weather events.

Restoration Maintenance - €2.9 million
Supplementary Restoration Maintenance - €2.2 million
Discretionary Grant - €5.4 million
Bridge Rehabilitation - €760,000
Specific Improvement Grant - €1.2 million
Strategic Regional and Local Roads - €1 million
Safety Improvement Works – 700,000 euro
PSCI: Survey Support - €47,000
Training Grant - €128,000
Drainage Works - €1.3 million
Climate Change Adaption and Resilience Works - €1.1million
Community Involvement Scheme- €900,000
