The scene at Menlo Pier in Galway re-opened to the public just before 11am this morning after it had been sealed off , following the deaths of three teenager boys when their car went into the River Corrib in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The three young men have been named locally as 16 year old John Keenan, 17 year old Wojcieck Panek and 19 year old Christopher Stokes.
