The HSE has confirmed that the number of Covid-19 vaccines administered in the Republic has hit the one million mark.

HSE Chief Executive Paul Reid confirmed the figure at a press briefing this afternoon.

Over 700,000 people have received dose one and over 290,000 people are fully vaccinated.
