The Tánaiste says the government is seriously concerned about the possibility of a fourth wave of COVID before the summer.

Cabinet will decide on Tuesday whether or not any restrictions can be eased in April.

A number of Ministers believe the 5km travel rule should be scrapped and there will be a push to re-open home construction.
