The Junior Trade Minister is taking steps to try and reduce car insurance premiums.

Robert Troy is today launching a public consultation seeking views on how to reform the Personal Injuries Assessment Board.

He says change is needed as people are hardly any better off going through the legal route for personal injury claims.

Minister Troy says less people have been using PIAB and that needs to change:
