Two men have been charged in relation to a robbery in Sligo on Sunday.

It occurred at a business premises on the Bundoran Road.

They entered a shop brandishing a knife at approximately 10pm at night, as staff were closing the premises.

The suspects fled the scene, but were subsequently stopped by Gardaí and arrested.

The two men are due before a sitting of the District Court later today.
