There are 79 more cases of Covid-19 in the Republic and no more deaths.

It brings the total number of cases to 27,755, while the death toll remains at 1,776.

43 of the cases are in Dublin, nine are in Kildare and there is one additional case across Mayo, Galway and Roscommon.

It brings the total number of confirmed cases in the three counties to 586, 509 and 350 respectively.
